Area Surveying, Inc. is a family owned and operated
company based in Chisago City, Minnesota.
The
company was established in March of 2002 by husband and
wife, Paul and Kimberly Gibson.

has always been our dream to own and operate a Land
Surveying company and to provide quality land surveying
services to the general public. It’s been a dream come
true.”

Area Surveying, Inc. provides a full range of land
surveying services, including but not limited to:
general boundary surveys, building permit surveys and
house staking, topographic surveys, lot splits, and
subdivisions.
In
2005, Mark Gibson (Paul’s brother) was added to our
surveying team. Mark completed the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers Wetland Delineation and Management program.
Therefore, allowing us to perform quality Wetland
Delineations for our clients.
Lake Area Survey, Inc. has partnered with BDM Consulting
